the weekends are finally over; tomorrow is the start of another week. The week that has passed has been really hectic and stressful. But at least it gave me an idea of what the life of a J2 student will be. The week had many obstacles that i faced. From fatigue to tiredness and to stress. It nearly made me collapsed and give up on things in life. The sickness it has brought about in the process and of course the care and concern that i received from my friends. I really want to thank you all for being there for me in times of difficulties and stress. Without you all, i really doubted i could make it through last week. With all the work piling up and all the unfinished business, i could not afford to waste anymore time. I have finally found the strength to pull myself together and start afresh again!! "yesterday was the worst day ever in my life, tomorrow can't be worse", a quote of optimism. Always look on the bright side of life. Whenever you have a lot of work to do, just remember that all the work placed in front of you can be completed if you have the determination and optimistic mentality. ITS ALL IN THE MIND!! we can do it ppl!! strive on man!! before i go, i want to dedicate this song to all the people who have supported me in this difficult time of my life. THANK YOU ALL!!

i really don know wad to blog about nowadays. Life is getting real bad now. Everytime i reach home, i don see the sun. Its like i am living in a world of darkness; when i wake up, the sky is dark, when i reach home, the sky is also as dark. Is this what a JC student's life is like?? i been telling myself to press on but i know i just can't. I am really feeling the stress now!! not only from my CCA but also from school work. I always knew that ODAC is a tough CCA to join and at the same time, cope with your school work. I used to be able to juggle the two together and work well. But that was when i am in J1. The life of a J2 is totally different!! it is like you stepped into the working world already. We are in school for more than 12 hours a day and sometimes even up to 15 hours. Telling you honestly, i have never been home before 10 this week and i tink it just sucks. Once i reached home, i will be too tired to do anything. Although i have a lot of things to do, i just can't bring myself to do it. I tried.. really tried.. but i collapsed on the table that day, leaving the com on for the whole nite. As i am typing this entry, my head is getting giddy and suffering from a bad headache. At this rate, i think i will definitely not last more than a week being in the pink of health. Having cough already :/ what can i do? i just hope i can sustain through this week and hopeful spend some time studying during my breaks or even reverting back to my lifestyle of waking up at 2am to study every morning, I really need to catch up on my school work. I feel very lost now... both in my commitments and studies. Pls give me the strength and energy to last through this week. PLEASE!!

CCA TEAM BUILDING 2007 (19/1/2007 - 20/1/2007)
CCA team building 2007 has finally ended. What an enriching and fun experience for us! although it was tiring and forced me to sleep for more than 12 hours yesterday nite but it was really worthwhile. Started our dry runs last year and had a total of 6 dry runs before the real thing, it was really a very tough project to undertake. The first major project that ODAC had so far, the pressure was on us to make this a success. Heard from the teachers how well the previous batch of J2s did for the event, we were more pressurized to be on par or even better than them. Left for the campsite on friday itself after school to prepare all the things needed and start with the dry runs. Me, mel and xiuhui left the campsite to buy dinner, supper and breakfast for the ODACers. So, went to GIANT supermarket at vivo to buy all the groceries needed for both days. Had any bags to carry back to the campsite including 28 packets of chicken rice for dinner. Upon reaching there, had dinner before all the verbal dry runs again. The night ended quite late and we all went to sleep in our cosy doms.
Woke up at 5am next day to prepare for the event itself. Had a quick breakfast before me and mel went to harbourfront MRT to pick the CCAs up. They had to meet at 7am but obviously a lot of them were late. So had to dispatch 2 buses at different times. There was a problem of latecoming as one of the NEL trains broke down. So, had to start the event at around 10 mins late. The entire programme ran quite smoothly as the weather was fine and NICE. I must say, i am really thankful that i took cricket girls!! they are really very cooperative and very funny people! so, had no problem mixing with them and facilitating them. They completed their station games quite smoothly and went for lunch which came late!! so they started teaching us how to play their games (: lunch was quite nice after hearing the positive feedback by the cricket girls themselves. However, the rain started pouring after lunch. So, we had to play mass games in the hall which i heard the cricket girls were so funny!! it was somewhat a game of catching. So, the girls all ran to a room and locked themselves up to prevent themselves from being caught!! hahah..so SMART!! luckily, the storm somewhat cleared up and we get to go to the high elements station!! i must say i am so proud of the cricket girls for daring to try the high elements station (: it was really very participative and brave of them to try. CRICKET GIRLS ROCKS!! some of those who told us that they were scared of heights also managed to complete the station!! however, the rain spoiled our mood again as we could not finish the rotation before we had to keep all our things. So, we went for our final debrief. Final debrief was fun and enriching as we asked them to do what we prepared for them, TTI and the appreciative note to their fellow peers by giving them a notebook each. It was really encouraging to see them bond better as a CCA and even with us. When we told them that this event is going to end already, they still didn't want to go. So happy that they really enjoyed the day!! although they did not win the grand prize, it was really good to see that we really succeeded in our task for team-building!! A really meaningful and fulfilling day for me and mel i believe. Thanx mel for helping out so much to facilitate them too!! WE ROX!
After they left, we had ODAC de-brief which lasted for around 1.5 hours?? had many positive feedbacks from the teachers as well as our fellow peers. But the day had to end on a sour note with him saying something bad again :/ relax man.. we shall not bother on what he said. We will just have to do everything by ourselves and make all the events as successful or even more successful than this!! ODAC rocks!!

in case you all have been wondering why i didn't blog for so long. Only one reason to explain it all - NO TIME!!! this week have been kept busy for CCA team-building preparation. 2 more days to CCA team-building!! all our months of hard work is going to be determined by the day itself - saturday at moe labrador campsite. Stayed back almost everyday discussing or preparing for the CCA team-building. Its the first time that ODAC can prove wad they are made of. Not just all training and rock-climbing, but planning major activities for the school as well. Other than ODAC, this week was simply terrible!! had chem, maths and econs test which was so bad until i could almost hand in a blank piece of paper. Econs was not as bad though. SCIENCES simply suck!! have to really concentrate all on my studies once this event is over. LTC can wait... studies first!

rain rain go away!! went for CCA team-building dry run at labrador MOE adventure campsite today (: after all the months of planning and dry-runs, we finally went to see where we are going to carry out the activity which is going to be held next sat. Woke up early in the morning to go to the campsite for recee.Went to play the very fun high-elements games (in the rain though). Everything was going on quite smoothly except that we really need more practices!! the date is drawing closer and i am getting more excited for that day. All our months of hard work all depends on that day and our performance on that day of course! having preparaton on wed before staying over on fri night and then the real thing on sat. To all the CCAs who are participating in the team-buliding activity, rest assured. ALL OF YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!! SAINTSODAC will definitely make it a memorable experience for all of you (: Strive on!!

finally can walk properly again!! sorry for not updating my blog until today. J2 life is really busy :/ so, i shall start talking about the things that happened so far. Went for PE lesson yesterday and started doing light exercises like doing those machines in the gym. But after that, had all my muscles aching again. Too long never train my muscles already i guess. Don even know if i am ready for rock-climbing tomorrow!! there will be people from STB (Singapore Tourism Board) coming down to film us climbing tomorrow i tink. So EXCITING!!! oh. talking about rock-climbing, ODAC had rock-climbing yesterday which i didn't attend also :/ so sad la.. when mr lam told us that it was the last rock-climbing session. Thought i will never have the chance to climb the rock-wall tomorrow until when he told us about the filming tomorrow~! but yesterday was a very tiring day. Don actually know why though.. never do anything straining also. But when i reached home.. i kinda collapsed cuz my head was spinning like mad!! so woke up today at 6 plus without studying for the chem test today. The chem test was bad so don ask!! going to have remedial every thursday from 1-2pm!! have to go and chiong homework already so bye!!

went to see the doctor today regarding my ankle!! NO exercise for one week!! OMG. I am going to miss PE on monday & wed and maybe even rock-climbing :/ so now i am trapped at home as my mum don let me go out!! she says it will be bad for the recovery of my leg. Haiz.. and now there is something wrong with my handphone and i have to change it!! i don want to though. Have to restart in order to see an incoming message!! stuck at home the whole day today and trying to do carboxylic acid tutorial. Still got quite a lot of homework not done yet!! Bye!!

hello again!! i am here to complain about my stupid timetable!! friday was a boring and lousy day; 4.5 hours straight of science lessons. And i re-emphasize!! SCIENCE :/ only 1 hour of break for the day. We started to have 3 hours straight of chemistry from 8-11 then going for physics lessons from 11-1230. 1230-1330 is the only break for the day. Yesterday had no choice so had to rush to the cafe to buy a burger to eat on the way to class!! After that was ODAC right after the econs lecture which was so.. boring and useless. Roller-blading at ECP was fun!! accidentally sprained my ankle at the last part of the blading session though :/ heard a very nice and emo song on the way. I shall put the lyrics down later. It was a rainy and emo night yesterday accompanied by a nice song. What a scene!! i have bad news though. I may not attend PE lessons on monday and maybe even rock-climbing on wed :/ this weekend is all about studying for chem already. Chem test next week!!

first day of school today!! supposed to be excited about going to school but i am not. Except for the fact that we had our post-holidays games day today. But seriously, today was not a bad day after all. Went early in the morning to give out our christmas cum new year present to the ODACers (: so happy to see that they liked the present. After that was our first lesson of the day, physics. Our new physics teacher, Mdm Hoh is quite a good teacher i must say but a bit not the motherly kind like Miss Huang. The second new teacher that we have is Mr Fang, our new GP teacher. He look so fierce that i don even dare to msg in class la. But i tink he's quite a good teacher too!! although i have to start doing my first assignment - 3 main events that happened in 2006 that affected the world. And present tomorrow :/ Post-holidays games day was quite fun but tiring. Then had to transport all the stores from the ODAC store to the store near the rock-wall because of the irritating PA system in the store now. Its raining outside now... i have to go and do my assignment already!! bye!!

today is the last night before school re-opens. Many new targets for this year. Firstly, studies! wasted last year playing and not fully concentrating on studies. Not enough time this year for me to play and study at the same time. Secondly, ODAC activities! i hope that all the activities we organise this year will be smooth-flowing. Especially the major ones that would affect our reputation as a club - CCA team-building, Orientation 2007, OEC 2007 & LTC 2007. At least if all the activities were successful, we will be able to leave ODAC offically with an ease of mind and of course, proving him wrong about us. Why i said leave ODAC offically after june?? it's because we are going to carry on our activities even after CCA ends - ODAC graduation trip. If he doesn't want to organise one for us, we will do it ourselves.Thirdly, relationship with people. 2006 has been a year of ups and downs even in the area of relationship itself. Downs relationship with my class; not bonding at all with all of them (most of them). Luckily, found a new home in SAJC - ODAC. Bonds strengthen within ODAC itself, especially after the krabi trip. This coming year's resolution : to try to bond with more of the people in class and of course try to bond the entire ODAC together. BGR?? nope.. for this year. I must put studies first before everything else. So, don tink i have time for all those. Bad things happen also during the course of BGR, so might as well not touch until i can give my full commitment to that. That's all that i have to say for this coming school year!! oh.. i haven complete my homework yet!! So, to all my friends!! let's work hard together and do well for A's (: all the best!!
finally passed the first day of the new year - 2007!! not a good day to pass though. Had stomach-upset for almost the whole day and vomited like don know how many times. Nevertheless, really had fun dinner-ing with ODACers. Although went to the toilet at PS for countless times, i was still hungry and thus the dinner at Crystal Jade. Before we went there, i had no idea PS had a crystal jade though. After dinner, persuaded ziyi to go to EC house for a haircut. Wanted to tell the person to cut GI for him but after the barber showed him how short GI was, he kinda freaked out!! So, he cut spike and i swear, it was NICE!! went to the arcade for some games later and joshua is like damn funny la. He kept on saying that its because he's not a regular gamer that he is so noob at games. On the way to istana park, met hakim at starbucks and its like damn funny la.. shuo cao cao, cao cao jiu dao. Chilled and played indian poker at istana park and ziyi with his usual lame jokes. Eg. what did batman say when robin hit him?? Ans: painful xia!! -_-
- school is starting but i don like it :/ but 2007 is going to be a new start, new beginning, a new page of my life

hello everyone!! look at the time now and you can see how tired i am. Anyone still awake at this time?? i am at lester's house and on the verge of sleeping. But today was really a fun day and HAPPY NEW YEAR everyone!! Went arcade and met chris and his friends there. Oh.. we ate at the very NICE Fish & Co restaurant which was opposite PS. The place and environment was just amazing with a live band performing for us. Then after that went to lester's house to play his X-box 360 before watching the countdown on channel 5 which was so disappointing and at the same time, typed out messages to send.
