As some people might say," secondary school life is one of the best moments in a person's life". I used to disagree with it when i was part of it... Holidays help some of us to relax and take a rest in our hectic and stressful life, but for me, i used to think like that too. But after the GCE O'levels this year, i feel a lack of purpose in everyday's life. In my preparation for the GCE O'levels, i used to come home straight after school and "mug" like mad in order to do well for the exams.... Everyday was like a routine for me, [go school - come home - study - sleep].. this was during the month of o'levels.... i was exhausted after a whole day of studying and thus, slept without much difficulty... 1 2 3, my eyes were closed... After the o'levels, life turned upside down for me. The day usually started without purpose, wake up in the morning, have breakfast and sit down pondering what to do next.. that was life after o'levels. Some may say that i may be mad, i mean, i enjoy studying.... Studying gives me a sense of purpose in everyday's life.... Coming back to secondary life, i believe that the 4 years spent in the school was more than wonderful for me.... although i usually get scolding if i forgot to do my homework and solving the problem by telling a "white" lie... it was quite fun... Marching into the next phase of life when i go to jc in 3 days time, i wonder if it were to be as fun and enthralling as my sec school life... Let us wait and see....
